At Gopeng Highlands Resort there is no requirements for minimum stay

Price-Reservation-Payment

Prices are quoted in local currency (RINGGIT MALAYSIA), on the basis of exchange rates in effect at the time of quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellation / Postponement Policy
When you make your booking and we have received the required deposit and taken a debit or credit card number or bank transfer RHB a/c:25811400008396 to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us. Cancellations must be notified in writing by post or email, and will only be effective when it is received by us in writing 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations where refund and or postponement is sought for group reservation (GIT) or individual (FIT).

Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances namely: -

Notice of cancellation as stated below

Prior to Arrival Day Rate
* 32 days & above 100% of the cost refunded
* 31 - 15 days 50% of the cost refunded
* 14 - 2 days Forfeit 100% of the cost

Should guests postpone their trip or change their date's from the agreed date's the resort reserves the right to re-quote the agreed prices or rates and any discounts offered previously may not be applicable.

Other than change of Guest name, all bookings cannot be amended, modified or cancelled. Any booking cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as a no-show in respect of a booking.

RATES
All rates are based on per person. Rates quoted are NOT including 6% SST. All transactions are subject to SST of 6%. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
Adeline Villa & Rest House guaranteed check-in time is at 2PM and check-out time is at 12pM. Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on availability at the time of check-in.

LOSS AND DAMAGE
The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused his/her stay.

Additional charges
Any additional person expect for kids 3 years old and below. Below fees are inclusive of linen set and meals.
- 4 years old to 12 years old additional fees RM60 per person
- 13 years old and above additional fees RM100/per person

PAYMENT POLICY
Full Pre-Payment for the entire stay will be required at the time of booking.

NON-Smoking Rooms
All rooms are non-smoking. A fees of RM250.00 will apply for cleaning.
